Willow House Paints was opened in August of 1991 by Judy Carpenter. She was previously a wallpaper and painting contractor specializing in design and color with her customers. When the store opened in 1991 along with Benjamin Moore Paint, Thibaut Wallcoverings, York Wallcoverings and contractor supplies she changed the local paint and wallcovering market as she quickly became known as the go to person for help with colors and design.
